Since 1980, the Nebraska Trucking Foundation has provided scholarships and grants to individuals and institutions in order to ensure a skilled workforce for the state’s trucking industry.

The Foundation provides scholarship funds to community colleges that offer programs specific to truck transportation, such as truck driving and diesel technology. The community colleges determine the scholarship recipients.

A Board of Trustees governs the Foundation’s work.
