Not time to post NLRB information yet

On December 30, 2011, the National Labor Relations Board announced that it wanted to have more time for public education and outreach before requiring you to post information regarding employee rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The new date by which you must comply is April 30, 2012. Nebraska Trucking’s member law firms recommend that you have your employee handbook and other workplace policies reviewed by counsel for NLRA compliance prior to the required posting date.
